1st Al Khwarizmi International Mathematical Olympiad

On 26-31 October, 2018 students of International University for the Humanities and Development (IUHD) participated 1st Al Khwarizmi  International Mathematical Olympiad (AKhIMO-2018). Competition was Organized by  Urgench State University , Urgench, Uzbekistan. The official language of the competition was English.

The competition was held between Bachelor students who interested in mathematics.

The Competition were five problems in the following areas: mathematical analysis, linear algebra and analytical geometry. 

2nd year student of International Economics and Management faculty Perman Iljanov and 4th year student International Economics and Management faculty Gulli Gulyyeva won Bronze medal.

As member of  National Team of Turkmenistan participated also students from  Magtymguly Turkmen State University,  Oguzhan Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan, Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction, Turkmen Agricultural Institute and The State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan.
